Both are wrong. Any good lawyer or police officer will tell you that there is no such thing as a standard eyewitness report. Some are good, and some are not. The key is to always look for those cases - and they <i>do</i> exist where UFOs are concerned - where there is independent corroborative evidence, i.e. radar tracking.
